Mr. Aayush Jain
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Aayush Jain is a Promoter and the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Lancaster University and brings over 16 years of diverse leadership experience.
As the strategic head of the organization, Mr. Jain oversees the Company’s overall operations, with a strong focus on strengthening both sales and processing. Under his leadership, Pajson has rapidly expanded its presence across wholesale, institutional, export, and B2C channels, supported by his ability to build strong market relationships and drive execution with clarity and speed.
He is equally involved in enhancing processing efficiency, championing the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve productivity and quality. In addition, Mr. Jain plays a key role in product development, customer engagement, and team leadership—ensuring that innovation, operational excellence, and superior service remain central to the Company’s growth strategy.
Mr. Pulkit Jain
Non Executive Non Independent Director
Mr. Pulkit Jain is a Promoter and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Humanities Management from the University of Manchester and brings over 12 years of experience in leading and scaling businesses across agro-commodities, shipping, and corporate rice farming across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
He oversees the sourcing of raw cashew nuts from key African origins—including Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Côte d’Ivoire, and Togo—and has established robust procurement systems that ensure consistent quality and reliability. His deep understanding of international supply chains has enabled the Company to build strong, efficient, and resilient sourcing networks.
In addition to procurement, Mr. Jain plays an important role in shaping the Company’s strategic direction. His extensive global exposure allows him to anticipate market shifts and adapt quickly, contributing to Pajson’s long-term growth and stability.
Mrs. Anjali Jain
Whole Time Director
Mrs. Anjali Jain is a Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design. She brings over seven years of experience in customer service and marketing.
Mrs. Jain has been instrumental in building and scaling the Company’s B2C brand, Royal Mewa. With a strong design sensibility, she has led the end-to-end creative process—from brand identity and logo development to innovative packaging formats and festive gift boxes.
She also oversees Royal Mewa’s digital brand presence, working closely with marketing partners to ensure consistent communication, engaging content, and meaningful customer interaction.
